Roy's Towing Named Roadside Service Provider of the Year

May 17, 2012
The Automobile Club of Southern California honored independent roadside service providers today for outstanding customer service during 2011, including Roy's Towing, Inc. in Thousand Oaks, recognized as Service Provider of the Year. The Service Provider of the Year is selected based on outstanding member service performance, contributions to the Auto Club programs and initiatives and community leadership.

The Auto Club also honored eight other service providers with the prestigious Five Diamond roadside service award for earning an “Excellent Rating” in overall satisfaction, service driver satisfaction and satisfaction with response time throughout 2011. These eight service providers comprise the top two percent of network of more than 400 service providers in the 13 southern most counties in the state.
In addition, Mohammad Ghaemi of Community Auto Service, Inc. in Los Angeles was honored as Technician of the Year.
The Service Pro award is presented to Auto Club roadside providers that exceed standards in all measured areas for the entire year. Only 29% of the stations qualified for the prestigious award.

Service Pro honors were given at the Auto Club's annual service awards luncheon held this year at the Hyatt Regency Long Beach. The theme of the awards luncheon was “The Sky's the Limit!” Keynote speaker was Clint Swindall, motivational speaker and author.

“Auto Club service providers take care of members, seven days a week, 365 days a year and go above and beyond each and everyday,” said Auto Club Vice President of Automotive Services David Lang. “It's critical to have roadside service providers who are professional and dedicated and who can come to members' aid quickly and efficiently in order to get them right back on the road.
